Hedrick
Construction Co. started building homes in 1973 in Kearney, Mo. We have built
well over 400 homes in the Northland area. In 1985, we started doing commercial
work along with residential. Since that time, we have done a combination of
commercial work, as well as, custom and speculative homes.
We have
always strived to do things to a higher standard and try to make the building
experience an enjoyable one for our customers. Customer satisfaction is our
most important goal. One of the things we are most proud of is the fact that we
have built several customers more than one home. In fact, during a period of 5
years we built 8 homes for different relatives all from the same family.
